Bay Burrito To Tease Spring Reopening With Weekend Pop-Up

By Craig Manning | March 8, 2024

Need proof that summer is on its way? Bay Burrito Company, a restaurant in Suttons Bay that typically follows a seasonal calendar, is opening this weekend for a one-day “pop-up opener,” ahead of its typical mid-spring relaunch.

Last year, Bay Burrito kicked off its season on April 15. This year, the business is targeting a May reopening. But Bay Burrito fans can get their fix this Sunday, March 10, with a special pop-up event at the restaurant.

“With the nice weather and lack of snow, we are planning a short ‘pop-up’ on March 10th to give everyone a chance to have all their favorites again until we open for the season in May,” Bay Burrito announced on Facebook last week. The pop-up is slated to start at 11:30am and run until 6:30pm at Bay Burrito’s space, located at 206 St. Joseph Street, Suite D in downtown Suttons Bay.
