One of Leelanau County's most notable restaurants is on the market. Western Avenue Grill, located in downtown Glen Arbor, has been listed for sale for $1.799 million, which includes the valuable real estate, the 5,594 square-foot building, the Class C liquor license, and all inventory and decor.
