Property Watch: The Southern Tip Of Paradesia Point Hits Market After 40 Years

Jan. 14, 2022

The southern end of Paradesia Point near Northport is now listed for sale — a rarity among waterfront properties, says listing agent Dick Huey

“The Traverse City area MLS has waterfront listings, but there’s only one like this,” he says. “It is the only point you can own on Grand Traverse Bay. It’s the last of its kind.” The 2.31-acre lot (E. Circle Drive, Lot B; $2,600,000) has over 800 feet of bay frontage, and, notes Huey, “unlike most peninsulas this one is well protected from prevailing winds by Northport Point to the north and east.”

The driveway is in, and the now-cleared building site offers the potential of 300 degree views. Electric, natural gas, and sewer are at the property line.
